What car gets hit the most?
Wow, you know, I was just wondering about this the other day! Which car gets hit the most? It's crazy to think about, right? Like, you see so many different cars on the road, but some seem to be magnets for trouble. Turns out, the Ford Fusion… it’s like the accident king, apparently! I read somewhere that it has something like 16.39 crashes per sold car. Crazy, right? That’s from 2016 to 2020, I think. So, basically, for every hundred Fusions sold, over sixteen of them got into accidents. Makes you think twice, huh?
Then there's the Nissan Maxima, trailing behind with around 7%. Still pretty high! And the Ford Mustang, the classic muscle car, sits at about 3.67%. I guess speed doesn't always correlate with accidents, though you’d kinda think… wouldn't you? I remember my friend’s dad had a Fusion, and it seemed like he was always getting little fender benders. Maybe it’s just bad luck, or maybe there’s something about the design… I don’t know! It’s definitely food for thought though when you're car shopping.
