What is the King of Cheese in the UK, anyway? Stilton, apparently. Stilton, the supposedly magnificent King of British Cheeses. But honestly? I rarely see it! I'm a huge cheese fiend – I mean, a proper cheese fiend – and my cheese boards are legendary (or so I like to think!). Cheddar's always there, of course, dependable old Cheddar. Brie too, always a crowd-pleaser. But Stilton? Often it’s a no-show. It’s like, where’s the love?
