What is Vietnam food ranked in the world?

Is Vietnamese food really only ranked 19th in the world?! Seriously? I’m kinda shocked, to be honest. I mean, Vietnamese food is amazing! Think about it: the explosion of fresh herbs like mint and cilantro, those vibrant, punchy flavors... that perfect balance of sweet, sour, spicy, and salty. It's just... chef's kiss. Remember that time we had pho in Hanoi? That steaming bowl of goodness, the rich broth, the tender noodles... Just thinking about it makes me hungry! Pho alone, in my humble opinion, should be fighting for a top 10 spot, maybe even top 5! Don't even get me started on banh mi or bun cha... Okay, okay, 19 isn't bad. It's pretty darn good, actually. And it is awesome to see Vietnamese cuisine getting more love on the global stage. I just wish more people understood just how special it is. You know? I really hope everyone gets the chance to try it sometime. It's pure magic. Seriously.
