Okay, so, is it okay to sleep in your car with the AC on? Hmm.

Honestly? The idea of sleeping in my car with the AC just cranking on a sweltering night? Oh man, it sounds divine, doesn't it? Like a little cool oasis in the middle of a heatwave. But... and this is a big BUT... it also kind of terrifies me.

You know, the whole carbon monoxide thing. It's like, you hear those stories, right? Silent killer, and all that? Shivers. It's just... so easy to overlook! And I'm thinking, what if the exhaust has even a tiny leak? You wouldn't even know until it's too late, would you?

I mean, I personally would NEVER risk it. The thought of, like, suffocating in my own car? Ugh, seriously, a nightmare. Remember that movie I saw, where...? Okay, never mind, too dark. But you get my point!

Seriously, even if it's ridiculously tempting – and I totally get the temptation – the risk just isn't worth that fleeting comfort. Maybe there's a better way? Find a friend's couch, spring for a cheap motel room, heck, even just find a park with a breeze. Anything, please, but avoid sleeping in your car with the AC running. Just... don't!
