Whats Vietnams biggest health challenge?

Okay, so Vietnam's health challenges? Let me tell you, things ain't always so clear cut.

According to the WHO, non-communicable diseases like heart disease, stroke, diabetes, lung problems and cancer caused 81% of deaths in Vietnam in 2019.

Wow. Eighty-one percent! It's...a lot, isn't it? I mean, you always hear about these diseases, but seeing that number, makes me think.

The biggest killers, I read, were stroke, ischemic heart disease, diabetes, COPD, and lung cancer. Scary stuff.

Reminds me of my uncle, always smoking. Wonder if he knew the risks, really knew? Makes you think, ya know? Gotta take care of yourself, people.
