Is Kei a good company?

Is Kei a good company? Ugh, that's a tough one. It's complicated, you know? Like, my friend Sarah worked there – loved the people, hated the management. Totally different experience than what I hear from others.

Their 3.6 rating isn't awful, I guess. But seeing it dip last year? That's a red flag, right? Makes you think, doesn't it? I mean, 66% of people saying it's okay... is that really okay? It's decent, I suppose, but... eh.

I'd maybe recommend it to a friend, but only if they were desperate, you know? And I'd definitely give them the whole lowdown – the good and the bad. Because something's definitely off. The vibe just feels… different now. Like, they used to have these amazing team-building events – remember those pizza parties? Gone. Replaced by…mandatory "synergy sessions." Need I say more?

Honestly, I'm worried about its future. It feels like they’re losing their way, or something. I'm just not sure what's going on behind the scenes. It's a gamble, that's for sure.
