Is Kei a good company?
Working at KEI? Its a mixed bag, honestly. A 3.6 rating isnt terrible, but that drop in the last year is a little worrying. Id say its decent enough that I might recommend it to a friend (I mean, 66% isnt bad), but Id definitely have some reservations. Somethings clearly shifting within the company, and not in a good way. Makes me wonder about the future there.

The vibe just feels… different now. Like, they used to have these amazing team-building events – remember those pizza parties? Gone. Replaced by…mandatory “synergy sessions.” Need I say more?
Honestly, I’m worried about its future. It feels like they’re losing their way, or something. I’m just not sure what’s going on behind the scenes. It’s a gamble, that’s for sure.
