What are the advantages and disadvantages of performance management at work?
Honestly, performance reviews can be a mixed bag. I appreciate getting constructive feedback and having a chance to connect with my manager about my goals. It can feel demoralizing if the focus is solely on shortcomings, and who can remember everything theyve done over months? Its frustrating when it feels more like a witch hunt for underperformers than genuine support.

For me, on the plus side, I genuinely like getting feedback. I mean, how else are you supposed to get better?
