Is that the average cost of college in Canada?! Seriously? Seeing those numbers is like…ouch. As someone hoping to study abroad there, $36,100 a year for undergrad? That’s insane! It’s like a giant wall between me and my dream. I mean, how are regular people supposed to afford that? Makes you wonder, you know? Even for a Master’s, $21,100 is still a ton of money. It’s just… frustrating. My cousin, for example, he wanted to study engineering in Toronto, but the cost was just… impossible. He ended up going to a local university instead, which, don’t get me wrong, it’s good, but it wasn’t his first choice. I read somewhere that a lot of international students have to take out huge loans, sometimes multiple, which is just…scary, to be honest. I’m not sure what I’ll do.
