It definitely puts you in a pretty exclusive club. I remember reading somewhere – Forbes, maybe? – that having over a million dollars puts you in the top 5% of Americans. And two million? That nudges you even closer to the top 2%, something like $2.4 million being the cutoff, if I recall correctly. So, two million isn't just "a lot," it's like, a whole lot. Like, imagine what you could do with that! A friend of mine's parents retired early on less than half that. They bought a little place down in Florida, and they’re living the dream. Two million? Wow. You'd be practically royalty! Okay, maybe not royalty, but you get the picture. It's a serious chunk of change.
