Is a Boeing airplane a type of jet?

So, is a Boeing plane a jet? Duh, right? I mean, come on! Of course it is! My uncle, bless his heart, he used to work on those things – specifically the 737s, I think. He’d tell me these crazy stories about the mechanics, the sheer size of them all, you know? It’s mind-blowing to think about the engineering that goes into something that huge, flying thousands of people across the world.

Boeing? They’re practically the name in commercial jets, aren’t they? I mean, you hear about the 737s, 767s, 777s… all the time. They’re like, the poster children for air travel. Then there are those fancy Boeing Business Jets – I saw a picture once, and wow, they’re seriously luxurious! Probably cost more than my house. Anyway, yeah, Boeing makes jets. That’s a pretty safe bet. Lots and lots of jets.
