Okay, so, rich people in Vietnam? Hmm, tricky. District 1 in Ho Chi Minh City, yeah, that's the obvious answer. Think luxury apartments, expensive cars everywhere. Saw a Bugatti there once, seriously.

District 7's different. More spread out, feels less intense. Still wealthy, but more suburban vibe. Think big villas, golf courses. Reminds me of a friend's place – stunning pool, overlooking the river. Cost a fortune, I bet.

Hanoi? Wealthier than HCMC? I dunno, that's a debate I've heard. Both have their rich areas, definitely. Hanoi feels more historic, though, less flashy wealth, maybe? More understated luxury.

Honestly, pinpointing the wealthiest city is tough. Depends what you mean by "wealthy". HCMC has the big businesses, the sky-high condos. Hanoi holds more government power, a different kind of money.
