Who is eligible for a pension in China? It's such a mess, honestly. Like, what's even going on? This whole pension system feels rigged against us. They keep pushing the retirement age up – 63 for men, okay, whatever. But for women? It's this bizarre two-tiered thing. 58 if you're a manager (which, let's be honest, most women aren't), and 50 or 55 for everyone else? I mean, seriously? That's potentially years of extra work, you know? Years we could be spending with family, traveling, finally pursuing those hobbies we put off…gone. Just…gone.
