Okay, so, evening walks...right? Here's my two cents.
Honestly, after a crazy day, a walk just chills me out. I feel the stress melt away. Remember that time I was freaking about that presentation, I swear a walk saved me. Improved my mental health? Definiteley.

Plus, walking after dinner? Seriously helps my tummy settle. That weird burning feeling vanishes after a short stroll.

Morning or evening...hmm. I'm more of a night person, myself. But each to their own, innit? I went walking one time in the morning around hyde park on the 22/05. It was free.
