What is the hardest part about running?

Oh man, the hardest part of starting to run? Definitely feeling like I was always out of breath and moving at a snails pace! It was so frustrating! Plus, the constant muscle soreness made me question my sanity. Did I really want to do this to myself again tomorrow? Ugh, and dont even get me started on trying to find shoes that didnt make my feet scream!

Okay, so you want me to make this running thing sound, well, more human? Like I’ve actually been there, gasping for air and questioning my life choices? I think I can do that! Here’s my take:

“What’s the hardest part about running? Seriously, where do I even begin? For me, starting out? Ugh, it was brutal. I’m talking feeling like I was constantly about to die, completely out of breath after, like, two minutes! And the pace? A snail could’ve lapped me, I swear. So incredibly frustrating! Plus, the muscle soreness… oh, the muscle soreness! It made me seriously question my commitment. Like, did I really want to put myself through that again the next day? I remember one time, I tried running after leg day at the gym… BIG mistake! I literally waddled home. And don’t even get me STARTED on the shoe situation. Finding the right pair that wouldn’t make my feet feel like they were being slowly tortured? A never-ending quest, I tell ya! I went through, I don’t know, maybe 5 pairs before I found some that worked for me! You know, it’s funny, everyone talks about the ‘runner’s high,’ but in the beginning, all I felt was ‘runner’s misery’! But hey, I stuck with it… eventually!”
