How to Track Your Past Uber Drivers

As an Uber rider, you have access to a detailed history of your past trips. This information can be valuable for a variety of reasons, such as tracking your expenses, finding a lost item, or contacting a previous driver.

Retrieving Your Trip History

To retrieve your trip history, you can either use the Uber app or the Uber website.

Using the Uber App:

1. Open the Uber app on your phone.
2. Tap the menu icon in the top left corner.
3. Select "Your Trips."
4. You will see a list of all your recent trips.

Using the Uber Website:

1. Go to the Uber website: https://www.uber.com
2. Click on "Sign In" in the top right corner.
3. Enter your login credentials.
4. Once you are logged in, click on your name in the top right corner.
5. Select "Your Trips."
6. You will see a list of all your recent trips.

Details of Your Trips

Your trip history will include the following information:

• Date and time of the trip
• Pickup and drop-off locations
• Driver's name and photo
• Fare details
• Payment method

Initiating Lost Item Recovery

If you lost an item during an Uber ride, you can initiate lost item recovery through your trip history.

1. Find the trip in your history that corresponds to the time and date you lost your item.
2. Tap on the "Help" button.
3. Select "Lost Item."
4. Follow the instructions to file a lost item report.

Receipts

Uber also emails receipts for all of your trips to the email address associated with your account. These receipts include all of the same information as your trip history.

Contacting a Previous Driver

Unfortunately, Uber does not provide a way to directly contact a previous driver. However, you can try contacting Uber support if you have a specific question or need to report an issue.
