Is ChatGPT fully free?

Is ChatGPT totally free? Well, kinda… sorta… not really. It's free-ish? I've messed around with the free version, and don't get me wrong, it's pretty cool for what it is. But honestly? It can be a real pain. Like, seriously, how many times am I supposed to see that "at capacity" message?! And the lag? Ugh. It makes me want to chuck my laptop sometimes. So, yeah, I've been very tempted to upgrade to Plus. The thing is, it's a bit much, money-wise, you know? It's that classic "freemium" model – dangle the good stuff in front of you, then BAM, hit you with the paywall. It feels a little… manipulative? Like, what if I can't afford the upgrade? Doesn't everyone deserve access to something this powerful? It's like having a library that only lets rich people borrow books – doesn't seem quite right, does it? I remember trying to write this poem for my niece's birthday with the free version, and right in the middle of it, bam! Capacity reached. Had to wait like, twenty minutes. Totally killed my creative flow. It just makes me think… shouldn't something like this, that can be so helpful for learning and creating, be accessible to everyone? Just saying.
