What are the advantages and disadvantages of mobile phones?

Plus, all that information – news, weather, recipes, you name it – it's all at your fingertips.

But... there’s a downside, a big one, for sure. I've definitely caught myself doomscrolling way past my bedtime, you know? That endless feed, it's a black hole of time. And the constant notifications... It's like your phone is constantly shouting for your attention. It's exhausting. And then there's the privacy thing. And I’m always worried about my kids’ phone usage, honestly. They're glued to them! I worry about how it impacts their attention spans, the lack of face-to-face interaction.
