What are the disadvantages of manual records?

Ugh, manual records? Don’t even get me started. Seriously, where do I even begin with the downsides? I mean, losing stuff is practically a given, right? Like that time I spent hours searching for an important client file, only to find it stuffed behind a radiator? Talk about a nightmare. Or what about when that leaky pipe in the office soaked a whole box of invoices? Yeah, not fun. It’s just so inefficient digging through piles of paper. You’d think we were back in the dark ages or something!

And security? Please. Anyone could just wander in and peek at sensitive information. It’s a privacy breach waiting to happen. Remember that story about the company whose confidential client data ended up in the dumpster? Yikes! I definitely wouldn’t want that happening to me.

Then there’s the whole organization thing. Trying to keep everything in order is like herding cats. It’s chaos. Pure chaos. And don’t even get me started on updating those records. It takes forever. I’d rather be doing literally anything else. Honestly, who has time for that?

Plus, all that paper? It takes up so much space! My tiny office is already overflowing. I’m practically swimming in documents. It’s a fire hazard waiting to happen. And forget about being productive when you’re surrounded by clutter. It’s just impossible to focus.
