So, about those countries launching a lot of cyber stuff, it's a bit murky, you know. I’ve seen a few lists floating around, and they don't always line up perfectly.

It seems Russia is often cited as being pretty high up there, like number one in some reports I recall reading, maybe from a cybersecurity firm, back when I was looking into some online defense ideas.
