Insiders may have authorized access to sensitive information, but they may use that access to harm the organization. Insider threats can include employees, contractors, or even partners who have access to the organization's systems and data. Insider threats can be difficult to detect because insiders are often trusted by the organization.

These three threats are the most serious risks to information security. Organizations need to implement strong security measures to protect themselves from these threats. Security measures may include firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-malware software, and security awareness training for employees.
