What constitutes a model aircraft?

Okay, so what is a model aircraft, really? Well, to me, it's way more than just a tiny replica, you know? It's almost like a miniature expression of passion, wouldn't you say? Whether it's something that actually flies – like, soaring through the air with some real skill – or just sits pretty on a shelf, showcasing incredible craftsmanship... I don't know, it just evokes a sense of wonder in me!

I remember my grandpa, he had this old model Spitfire. It never flew, just sat on his desk. But man, that thing... it was everything. Those static models, they're like little time capsules, aren't they? Filled with stories, memories... and, yeah, they kind of fill a room with love, in a way. Does that make sense? It does to me, anyway!
