Okay, so, what industries are getting totally shaken up by AI, right? Well, let me tell you, it’s kinda wild how many there are.

It’s not just one little corner of the economy, you know? Think about customer service – those chatbots are getting good. I mean, remember that time I spent like 20 minutes arguing with a bot about my cable bill? It was frustrating, sure, but also, like, weirdly impressive how persistent it was! So yeah, customer service is definitely on that “high disruption” list.

Then you’ve got manufacturing, with robots doing more and more on the factory floor. And transportation? Self-driving cars are still “coming soon,” but think of the implications! And don’t even get me started on financial services, with AI doing algorithmic trading and stuff that’s way over my head, haha. It’s kinda scary, honestly, how much potential there is there.

But it doesn’t stop with those big, obvious ones. Sales roles? Legal? Retail? Insurance? Even… government roles? Seriously? I guess so! As AI gets smarter and more widespread, it feels like almost everyone is going to have to adapt somehow. It makes you wonder, doesn’t it? What’s the future of work even going to look like? It’s kind of exciting, but also, I gotta admit, a little bit unsettling.
