What is the meaning of product quality?

What's product quality all about, really? Well, to me, it’s not just about something being, like, technically perfect. It's about how well it actually works for you, the person using it. Think about it – does it actually do what you need it to do?

I mean, product quality basically boils down to whether a product meets your needs. Are you thinking about a car that always starts, even on the coldest mornings? That's reliability. Or maybe a pair of boots that can withstand years of hiking? That's durability, right there. And of course, how well something performs its function – a blender that actually blends smoothly, not leaving chunks of ice. We've all been there with the chunky smoothies, haven't we?

Basically, a quality product should, you know, stick to the specs it promises. It should be safe to use. And at the end of the day, it should really satisfy what you expect from it, and that's the most important thing, isn't it? Like, remember that time I bought that "ergonomic" chair online? Looked great in the pictures, but after sitting in it for an hour, my back was screaming! Totally didn't meet my expectations of comfort. That's a quality issue, big time, even if it technically met the dimensions listed! So yeah, that’s how I see it.
