Which XC90 has the best engine?

Okay, so you're wondering which Volvo XC90 engine is the best, huh? Tricky question! It really depends what you're after, you know?

For me, and I'll be honest, I'd probably go for that B5 mild-hybrid petrol. Sounds boring, I know, but hear me out. I mean, it's the entry-level, so it's not going to break the bank – which, let's face it, is a HUGE plus. Remember when my sister bought that fancy-pants top-of-the-line SUV? Nearly had a heart attack seeing the price tag! This one's much more reasonable.

Plus, even the basic Core trim comes pretty well-loaded, right? I remember test driving one – it had all the gizmos I actually use, like the heated seats (essential in our winters!), a decent sound system, and that super-handy panoramic sunroof. You don't need all the bells and whistles, honestly. Those extra horsepower options are tempting, sure... but do you really need them? Probably not for everyday driving.
