Can I take deodorant in hand luggage?
Ugh, traveling with deodorant is always a drama! Stick deodorant? No problem, chuck it in. But if youre using anything else – spray, gel, the works – youre stuck with those tiny travel sizes. Seriously, 3.4 ounces? Its ridiculous! I always end up panicking at security, convinced theyll confiscate my precious antiperspirant. The clear bag is a must, dont even think about skipping that!
Ugh, tell me about it! Deodorant and hand luggage… it’s a whole THING, isn’t it? Like, if it’s a stick, you’re golden. Just toss it in and you’re done. But anything else? Spray? Roll-on? Gel? Forget it. You’re stuck with those ridiculously tiny travel-sized ones. 3.4 ounces?! What am I, a squirrel? I swear, I used up a whole one in like, two days on my last trip to Florida. Talk about adding insult to injury! It’s so annoying.
And don’t even get me started on the panic at security. Every. Single. Time. I’m convinced they’re going to confiscate my deodorant and I’ll be stuck smelling…well, not my best, for the rest of the flight. One time, in Rome, I almost had a meltdown because I thought I’d packed the wrong size. Turned out it was fine, but the stress! So yeah, remember the clear bag – absolutely essential. Otherwise, they’ll be taking it away for sure. Learned that one the hard way… ????♀️
