Lectures themselves were fairly standard; Professor Davies' history lesson proved particularly engaging, although I struggled slightly with the subsequent economics lecture. After college, I grabbed a quick lunch at the campus cafeteria – a rather bland tuna sandwich, I recall – before heading to the library to work on my essay. The afternoon blurred into a haze of research and note-taking, punctuated only by the occasional break for coffee. Finally, around six, I made my way home, exhausted but satisfied with a productive day. Dinner was simple: pasta with tomato sauce.
