Can you remove Royal Caribbean gratuities?

Modifying Gratuities on Royal Caribbean Cruises

Royal Caribbean provides guests with the flexibility to adjust their gratuity arrangements before the end of their cruise. Here's how to make those adjustments:

Individual Guests:

• Guests can visit the Guest Services desk anytime before disembarkation to modify their gratuities.
• Guests can choose to increase, decrease, or remove gratuities entirely.

Group Bookings:

• For group bookings, guests should refer to their designated leader or agent for specific instructions on modifying gratuities.
• Group leaders or agents may have specific arrangements or guidelines for handling gratuities.

How to Remove Gratuities:

• Guests who wish to remove gratuities can request a zero-dollar gratuity at the Guest Services desk.
• All gratuities are prepaid before the cruise, so guests who request a zero-dollar gratuity will receive a refund for the prepaid amount.

Note:

• Guests are advised to make any gratuity adjustments before their departure.
• Once the ship departs, it may not be possible to make changes to gratuity arrangements.
• Please note that gratuities are not mandatory, and guests are free to adjust them to reflect their satisfaction with the service received.
