Okay, so Vietnam...right. Last summer, July 2024 in Hanoi, crazy hot, I remember this. I almost messed things up. My friend Sarah wanted to visit Ha Long Bay.

I knew about some visa stuff, but not all the details.

I was sweating it! I thought Sarah needed a visa. She is Swedish.

Turns out, Swedes (along with 12 other nationalities) get 45 days visa-free.

She only stayed for three weeks, so all good! Dodged a bullet there, phew! It was great to see her and now I am going in september again! This time I need to apply for that evisa because I am going to stay for three months.
