UPS Overnight Delivery Guarantee?

Okay, so UPS overnight? I shipped a birthday cake once, July 12th last year, from Denver to Boulder. Cost me a fortune, around $75, for Next Day Air. It arrived on time, thankfully! That was a relief.

Next Day Air Saver? Hmm. I used that once, sending some important documents. Can’t remember the exact date, but it was late spring. It got there the next day, but in the afternoon, just like they said.

So yeah, their guarantees? Pretty reliable from my experience, at least. Both services delivered as promised, no issues. The price? Ouch. Next time I’m seriously considering alternatives.
