The train is often touted as the most straightforward way to travel between Lisbon and Porto. The Oriente train station in Lisbon is remarkably accessible.

What is the best way to travel from Lisbon airport to Porto?

So, Lisbon to Porto, huh? Flying's fastest, obviously. About an hour and a half, maybe a little less, depending on the flight. Expensive though, like thirty-five to ninety-five euros, ouch! A rip-off, really.

The bus is cheaper, way cheaper! Twenty-three to thirty-five euros. But it takes forever— over three hours. Three hours plus on a bumpy bus? No thanks.

Train's okay. A bit pricier than the bus, twelve to sixty-five euros, but not as much as the plane. Time-wise, almost the same as the bus, a little longer, actually. Three hours and nineteen minutes. I'd pick the train. More comfortable, you know?

My vote? The train! Unless you're super short on time and money isn't an issue. Then fly. Don't take the bus unless you REALLY like buses. They’re awful, trust me. I took one last year, the AC broke down; it was a nightmare.
