How to Order GrabExpress

Step 1: Open the Grab app and select “Express”

• Tap on the “Express” icon at the bottom of the app’s home screen.

Step 2: Enter your pickup and drop-off locations

• Type in the address or location name of your pickup point.
• Enter the address or location name of your drop-off point.

Step 3: Choose a delivery vehicle

• Select the type of vehicle you prefer for your delivery (e.g., motorcycle, car, van).

Step 4: Review the fare details

• Check the estimated fare for your delivery.
• The fare is calculated based on the distance between the pickup and drop-off points.

Step 5: Confirm your order

• Tap on the “Confirm Booking” button.
• You will be prompted to provide your payment details.

Step 6: Track your delivery

• Once your order is confirmed, you can track the progress of your delivery in real-time.

Pricing Information:

• GrabExpress pricing is straightforward:
  • RM1 per kilometer for trips under 20km
  • RM2 per kilometer beyond 20km
• A minimum fare of RM10 applies to all deliveries.
