How do I put a review on Uber?
To review an Uber trip:
- Open the Uber app and go to Your Trips.
- Select the relevant trip from your ride history.
- Rate your driver. A review option will usually appear after rating. You can then provide feedback on your experience.
Ugh, how do I even do a review on Uber again? I always forget! It’s like, buried somewhere in the app, right? Let me see…Okay, I think I’ve got it.
So, first, you open the Uber app – you know, the one with the little black car icon? Pretty hard to miss, unless you’re like me and spend half an hour searching for it in my phone’s endless apps jungle. Then, you go to “Your Trips.” That’s usually pretty straightforward, although sometimes I swear it hides under a different name. I once spent, no joke, five minutes trying to find it.
Next, find the trip you actually want to review. This might be tricky if you take a lot of Ubers, which let’s be honest, I do. I once accidentally reviewed a perfectly pleasant trip from months ago as if it was the chaotic one with the driver who insisted on talking about his pet iguana. Awkward. Anyway, select the right trip from your history… that’s where all your rides are listed.
Then you rate your driver. They usually ask for a star rating, which I think is a little unfair. Like, what if the driver was super nice, but they got lost twice? Five stars for personality, one star for navigation. It’s not that simple, is it? Anyway, after you rate them – that’s key – a review option usually pops up. That’s where you can, you know, actually write something. Tell them what you liked, or didn’t, be specific! Did they blast awful music? Did they help you with your luggage? Did they know the quickest route? These things matter. It’s for your own sake but also helps keep standards up, right? They should know if their driving was a nightmare or not.
Hopefully, this helps! Now, if you’ll excuse me, I have an Uber waiting…and I need to remember to review this one!
