Then you rate your driver. They usually ask for a star rating, which I think is a little unfair. Like, what if the driver was super nice, but they got lost twice? That’s where you can, you know, actually write something. Tell them what you liked, or didn’t, be specific! Did they blast awful music? Did they help you with your luggage?
