Retrieve Your DS-160 if You've Forgotten Your Security Question

The DS-160 is an online form that you must complete when you apply for a U.S. visa. If you have forgotten your security question, you can still retrieve your DS-160 form using the following steps:

1. Visit the CEAC website (https://ceac.state.gov/genniv/).
2. Click on the "Retrieve an Application" option.
3. Enter the application ID number. This number is located in the upper-right corner of your previously submitted form.
4. Click on the "Retrieve Application" button.

You will then be able to access your DS-160 form. You can either print it out or save it to your computer.

Tips:

• If you have forgotten your application ID number, you can contact the National Visa Center (NVC) at 603-334-0700.
• If you are unable to retrieve your DS-160 form, you will need to submit a new application.

Note: The DS-160 form is valid for one year from the date it is submitted. If you do not submit your visa application within one year, you will need to submit a new DS-160 form.
