How do I tag multiple places in Google Maps?

Okay, so, you’re trying to tag a bunch of places on Google Maps, right? I’ve totally been there! Planning a road trip? Or maybe scoping out the best coffee shops in a new city? (Because, priorities, am I right?)

Anyway, it’s actually pretty easy. First, you gotta log in to Google Maps. Duh, right? Then, look for “My Maps.” It’s usually tucked away under the search bar, kind of easy to miss if you’re not looking for it. I know I overlooked it for ages!

Once you’ve found it, click on “Create Map.” This is where the fun begins! Give your map a snazzy title and maybe a little description, like “Epic Cross-Country Adventure” or, you know, “Best Pizza Joints in Chicago” – whatever floats your boat.

Now, the important part – finding those places! Just search for them like you normally would. When the little red teardrop shows up, a green marker should pop up next to the location’s name. Click that green guy, and bam! It’s on your map. You can do this for as many places as you want, which is pretty awesome. I used this when I was planning a trip to Italy last year. Plotting out all the gelato places, obviously. And, like, the Colosseum… because, you know. History. It was so helpful to have everything visually laid out on one map.
