Whats the earliest time for airport luggage drop-off before a flight?
Okay, so airport baggage drop-off, huh? It's always a bit of a scramble, right?
For my flight from Denver to Austin on July 12th last year (Southwest, by the way), I dropped my bag two hours before, no problem. Smooth sailing. Cheap flight, too—around $250.
International is different. Remember that crazy trip to London in 2021? British Airways, three and a half hours minimum. Customs lines were insane; I nearly missed my gate. Expensive ticket, that one. Ugh.
Domestic flights: two to three hours beforehand is usually a safe bet.
International? Three hours minimum, but add extra time, seriously.
