How long does it take to get a Laos E-visa?
Laos E-visa processing time? How fast?
So, Laos e-visa speed. I've looked into this, and it’s pretty quick, generally around three working days. That's once they get your whole application and the money, of course.
It’s not super long, which is good if you're, like, last minute planning your adventure.
The main thing is, though, you gotta get all your details right. If there's a hiccup there, it can definitely take longer than those three days. They're pretty strict, I guess.
Is eVisa the same as visa on Arrival?
Sometimes, late at night, things blur, don't they? Like that feeling when you're trying to remember something specific. It's not exactly the same, not really.
eVisa is a pre-approved electronic visa. You apply and get it before you travel. It's all done online. It feels more ... deliberate.
Visa on Arrival, well, it's what it says. You get it when you land. At the airport. It's more spontaneous, I guess. Or maybe just a bit more uncertain.
It’s about how you get it, mostly. The whole process.
eVisa means you have it already. It's in your hand, or on your phone, before you even leave. Takes a bit of waiting, sometimes a week, maybe more. That anticipation.
Visa on Arrival is immediate. Or close to it. You get it right there. A few hours, usually. Less waiting, more immediate reality.
They're different paths, leading to the same destination, in a way. But the journey to get there. That's where the real difference lies. The waiting, the planning. Or the not-so-much planning. It matters.
