How long does it take to walk from terminal A to E in Charlotte Airport?

Okay, so, walking from Terminal A to E in Charlotte Airport... it's a trek, let me tell you! Think 20 minutes, at least, if you're hustling. More if you, like me, get distracted by the shiny shops. (Who doesn't need another neck pillow, right?) Seriously though, it's a long one. Especially if you're coming off a long flight and just want to get there.

And if you're arriving internationally? Oof. Add extra time, like, a LOT of extra time. Customs and immigration can be a real... experience. I remember one time coming back from Cancun, the line was insane! Felt like it took forever. So, yeah, don't underestimate that part.

Definitely grab an airport map – CLT has them all over – or check it out online before you go. Trust me. It's a bit of a maze in there, and the last thing you need is to be stressing about finding your gate after that A to E marathon. You've been warned!
