How long should we stay in Hoi An?
For a fulfilling Hoi An experience, plan to stay 3-4 days. This provides ample time to wander the Ancient Town, savor local dishes, browse colorful markets, and immerse yourself in its unique culture at a comfortable pace.
How many days in Hoi An is enough?
Ugh, Hoi An… I’m still trying to process it all. Three days? Maybe four? It felt too short.
Seriously, I spent a whole day just wandering the ancient town, getting completely lost in those charming little streets. Lanterns everywhere. So pretty.
Food was amazing. I remember that Banh Mi place near the Japanese Covered Bridge, cost me about 25,000 dong, or roughly a dollar. Delicious.
The tailoring? Oh my goodness, I spent at least half a day getting clothes made. So cheap! Fantastic quality too.
Four days felt right, to be honest, but I could’ve easily stayed longer. My travel style is pretty relaxed, though. If you’re super busy, three days might be ok. But give it a full four, trust me.
