How many days in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) is ideal for tourists?
Ugh, Saigon! So many noodles, so little time. Three days felt just right for me last October. That's when I went, I think. Definitely autumn.
I crammed in the War Remnants Museum (heavy stuff, but important), the Ben Thanh Market (sensory overload!), and the Cu Chi Tunnels (claustrophobic, but fascinating).
Four days would've let me explore more temples, maybe even a cooking class. Two days? Nope, rushed. Not enough pho.
Seriously, three days is sweet spot. Plenty of time for the main sights, some street food adventures, and a bit of chilling out too. Paid about $300 for flights & hotel then.
Ho Chi Minh City: 3 days ideal sightseeing.
