Da Nang & Hoi An: How many days to visit?
Okay, so Da Nang and Hoi An, right? My trip was last August, scorching hot, I remember. Two days in Da Nang felt rushed, honestly. Marble Mountains were cool, My Khe Beach…meh, touristy. Dragon Bridge? Saw the fire-breathing thing, once. Could've used another day easily.
Hoi An was different. Two days? Barely scratched the surface. Tailor shops everywhere, beautiful lanterns at night. I spent a fortune, around $200 on clothes alone. Wish I'd had more time. Totally worth longer, though. Ancient town charming.
So, short answer: Da Nang – 3 days. Hoi An – at least 3. Maybe 4 if you're like me and get easily distracted by all the pretty things. My opinion? Add a day to each. More enjoyable.
