2-Liter Bottle: How Many Glasses?

Two liters equals about eight glasses. My Nalgene holds two liters. It really does help me track my water intake.

I used to struggle. Seriously, some days I’d realize at 4pm I’d barely had any water. Now, I just refill my Nalgene a couple times a day.

It’s been a game changer. I even bought a cute sticker for it at Powell’s in Portland (July ’23, around $5).

It’s so much easier than constantly refilling a smaller glass. Plus, who wants to do math to figure out if they drank enough? My brain’s fried enough as it is.
