How many litres is 600g of soup?
Thats about right, my 600g carton of soup is just shy of filling a pint glass, so yeah, roughly 0.6 liters. Its a decent portion, usually enough for a satisfying lunch. I always find those Covent Garden soups hit the spot, especially on a chilly day. I do wish they came in slightly bigger cartons, though, because sometimes Im left wanting just a little bit more.
Okay, so you’re wondering how many litres 600g of soup is, huh? Well, let me tell you from my own experience…
Yeah, you’re pretty much on the money. I mean, I just had a 600g carton of soup the other day (it was a tomato one, actually, from Covent Garden – those are so good!), and it almost filled my pint glass. So, thinking about it, that’s got to be around 0.6 litres, right? It’s a decent amount, definitely enough to make a good lunch.
Honestly, I could probably Google the exact density and do some proper calculations but… who has time for that? Plus, sometimes things like “soup” just differ.
It’s funny, I always feel like those soups are just the right size, though sometimes… and this is only sometimes okay, I could maybe eat a little more! You know that feeling? Like, “Just one more spoonful!” I wonder if they’ll ever make bigger cartons? A girl can dream, can’t she? Anyway, 0.6 liters sounds spot on to me. Hope that helps!
