Dude, cheapest international calls? VoIP, totally. Skype, WhatsApp, that Google Voice thing...you know, all those apps. It's, like, pennies a minute, sometimes less! Seriously. I use WhatsApp all the time to chat with my aunt in Italy, it's way cheaper than using my regular phone plan. Costs vary, of course, depends where you're calling. But, it's definetly way cheaper. Way, way cheaper.

Okay, lemme tell you about how I really learned about phone minutes.
