How much time do you need in Ninh Binh?
How many days should I spend in Ninh Binh, Vietnam?
Okay, here's my take on how many days to spend in Ninh Binh, straight from my own, uh, slightly hazy memories.
Ninh Binh: How Many Days?
2-3 days are generally sufficient to visit the main attractions. This includes Tam Coc, Trang An, and Mua Cave.
Honestly, figuring out how many days you need in Ninh Binh is kinda like guessing the right spice level for pho. It's personal.
I spent a rushed 3 days there, like... maybe 2 years back? (November, I think?). Saw Tam Coc, felt like a postcard! So beautiful. The boat ride was around $8, I wanna say. But it wasn't really enough. I wanted to linger.
But if you wanna do the highlights at a chill speed, go for 2-3 days! Plenty of time for them boat trips. Plus, cycling through rice paddies.
Then, there's places like Cuc Phuong National Park or Bai Dinh Pagoda. I wish I had the time for that. Imagine, more rice paddies to bike by.
If you're like me, craving something deeper, 4-5 days would be my suggestion. It's worth it, believe me.
