How much to tip shore excursion guides?

Okay, so you're wondering how much to tip those awesome guides on your shore excursions? It can be a little confusing, right? I know I've been there, standing awkwardly with a handful of cash, wondering if I'm tipping too much or too little. Ugh, the worst!
