How should I dress for a TSA interview?

For a TSA interview, dress professionally. Business attire is a must – think suit or dress pants/skirt with a blazer. Projecting a polished and professional image is key.

Ugh, TSA interview? Okay, so how should I dress? This is stressing me out a bit, honestly. I’m not usually a “suit” person, you know? I’m more jeans and a comfy sweater kind of gal, but clearly that’s not going to cut it here.

They say business attire is a must, right? And they’re not kidding. I remember my friend Sarah went for an interview at a bank once – dressed super casually, cute but not professional. Didn’t get the job. She said the interviewer practically looked her up and down the whole time! That image is burned into my brain. So yeah, suit or dress pants and a blazer it is. Probably a blouse too, something not too flashy, maybe a simple button-down? I have this one, navy blue, it’s a little wrinkled, but hey, who has time for ironing when you’re already anxious about an interview?!

I guess the main thing is to look put-together, right? Like, I want them to think, “Wow, this person takes things seriously,” not, “Oh, another one in yoga pants.” That’s the last thing I need. Maybe I should even get my hair done – actually, no, too expensive. I’ll just do a decent job with it myself. You know what they say, first impressions matter – big time. This isn’t just any job, it’s the TSA! So yeah, polished and professional. Gotta make it count. Wish me luck!
