How to get rid of TurboTax processing fee?

Ugh, TurboTax processing fees, right? I hate those things. Seriously, who invented that? It's like, you've already paid for the software, you've wrestled with your W-2s and 1099s, you've meticulously (or maybe not so meticulously, let's be honest) entered everything, and then bam – another charge. It feels like a punch to the gut, doesn't it? Like, I just spent hours doing this, and now I gotta pay more?

Anyway, the bad news is, as far as I can tell, there's no sneaky way around it. I've tried, trust me. I once spent a whole afternoon searching online for some hidden "hack" – something I'd probably regret later, I know – but nada.
