How to physically prepare for a long haul flight?
Ugh, long flights are the WORST for my body! Ive learned the hard way that a pre-flight workout – even a light one – is crucial. A gentle yoga session or a brisk walk in the days before helps. Trying to cram it all in the day of? Big mistake, Im stiff as a board afterwards! Seriously, a little pre-flight movement makes a HUGE difference in how I feel cramped and achy after landing.
