How to survive a long bus journey?
Long Bus Trip Survival Tips?
Ugh, long bus trips. Remember that 14-hour slog from Denver to Moab on July 12th last year? Killer.
Seriously, comfy clothes are key. Think loose cotton pants, not jeans. Layers are your friend, bus AC is a fickle beast.
Travel pillow, absolute must. My neck was screaming by the time I hit Grand Junction. Spent like $15 on a memory foam one at Target, best investment ever.
Snacks and water? Duh. I learned this lesson the hard way on that same trip. Dehydrated and hangry ain't a good combo.
Entertainment's crucial. I downloaded the whole "Lord of the Rings" trilogy before that Moab trip. Helped pass the time. That said, my phone died before the end. Oops.
