How do I cancel or close my Grab PayLater account? Grab PayLater help?

Ugh, cancelling Grab PayLater? Let me tell you, it’s a bit of a maze. Their terms say something about a month’s written notice. Clause 10.1, I think? I swear, those legal documents are Greek to me.

Seriously, I tried finding a simple “cancel” button – nada. No luck. June 14th, I spent a good hour hunting it down on their app.

The app itself is… confusing. I’d hoped for a clear “Close Account” option.

Their customer service? I called them once. August 2nd. It was a long wait. Eventually, the agent explained the one-month written notice process, which they also said can be done through email or the app (if you can find it!)
